can i add a new project to an existing board?

Hi we are on a pricing plan of 10 users per month. I want to know if I can add a new user and deactivate it later if the access is no longer needed. Will it use up an user account? Thanks!

For your title question - yes.  Change the board filter to include more projects.

For the body of your question - yes.  An active user will use one of the "seats" of your 10 user licence.  If you deactivate them, the seat becomes free for another person to use.
