cannot find user in assigne fiels via mail

hi, i have issue. when i starting to find user in assignee field with mail it says "no match". when i type display name  its shown.Screenshot_21.pngScreenshot_20.png

Atlassian is making a number of changes to our products and APIs in order to improve user privacy in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

thank you, is there  any way to change this visibility from admin panel for all users ?

Hi @Nodar Vardiashvili ,

Changing the visibility settings for all the users against their consent is violating the users privacy and therefore not allowed. 

However, being the admin, you can still see the users email addresses in the User Management, or you can use the display name to search for users instead.
