certification recommendations

wrt to your administration teams- how many do you certify - what do you recommend as the most important certification to have for your system admin.  and then internally what do you do for internal certification within the organizations?

Hi,

If planing on going for sys admin i would recommend going with ACP-100 as provides Jira admin certification and with ACP-500 as system admin. In this order you would have obtained admin + sys admin you would be able to manage own and other instances.

Hi @Lizbeth Tommy !

For your System Admin, I'd recommend both the System Admin exam and the Jira Admin exam.  The SysAdmin exam will educate on how to tune the instance plus increase reliability and availability.  The Jira Admin exam will educate them on what things within the application affect the internal threading and loading.  These two together should produce a solid footing for managing the support activities.  Hope this helps and good luck!

If managing your instance, I recommend getting the ACP-100.
