I don’t use this personally but I’ve seen it mentioned several times and have taken a look at it but have not tried it myself - charts-and-reports-for-jira-service-management

We provide a commercial app called Dashboard Hub for Jira. You can create different custom charts (pie charts, tile charts, bar charts...) using data from your service desk, use the provided gadgets and metrics or the pre-defined template for ITSM.
