Hello I have problem. I wanted to change my email, but instead of changing it, I registered a new one. Now I'm deleting the new account to change the email on my old one, but it says that it already exists. So, I requested account deletion, and it says it will take 2 weeks to delete. However, I urgently need to change my email. Can you help me?

As a community of mostly users of our own Atlassian product subscriptions we don't have the same access as Atlassian support to administer or access other customers' accounts and sites.

As Trudy mentioned you can reach out to support for this or You can we do the following
- Cancel deletion of the new account
- Change the email address of this new account to something test@domain.com
- make sure this test@domain.com is not linked to any atlassian account
- this will free the new account
- now login to the old account and change the email to this new account
