I need your help, maybe someone faced a similar problem earlier.
We are using Jira Service Desk + Jira Software,
We create Kanban-board for the JSD project, but we are faced with a problem - SLA indicators are not displayed on Card Layout.
I`ve already configured "card layout" in board configuration.
What`s wrong?

Unfortunately, the JIRA Board card layout does not support Service Desk fields, including the SLAs. We have two bugs related to this behavior:
- Service Desk fields do not show on agile boards
- SLA images missing on Agile Boards cards

Also, I would like to point you to the workaround mentioned by Claire in the bug reported:
hide either labels or a custom field on each service desk request form with the name of the request type. Throw that field on the cards. For SLA's we are using card colors and swim-lanes to signal the issues that are approaching/have breached the SLA goals.
