don't load the attachment in Jira service Management

Hi, I have integrated Jira service Management with Jira software. When I enter a comment from Jira software to Jira service and attachet any file (.jpg, .ppt, etc) i can't see in jira service management. 

It show me thsi message (view image). Anyone can help pe please?, Is a critical error.

Adding attachments via Automation is not yet supported.
