Hi,
My goal is to allow an external stakeholder to approve ticket via email. I am doing this with a workflow transition using JETI (Jira Email This Issue) that parses email headers.
ASK
Please advise how to trigger a transition. I am currently getting errors from the JETI incoming log:
ERROR: No transitions found for issue 'XXX-12'!
ERROR: Last handler action failed, stop further processing.
CONTEXT
The following has been done:
- Email Handler has been setup. If subject has "approve", to execute transition to "Approved for Action" (see screenshots)
- have tried to use indicate Desitnation Status with specific transition. Same Error.
- email template with buttons are setup fine (clicking approve with create a reply with title "Approve")

Can anyone advise how to Trigger a workflow transition via email from an external stakeholder? The error that it cannot find the transition has me stumped.
