If the Users are out side of oraganization how to manage the users.
Please provide betsways or practices to provide the access to the outside users.

if you are talking about Service Desk projects, you can add user through organization or by adding them as single account https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/adding-customers-939926467.html
