how to create dependency between component field and costume field

I need to create a custom field called modules and by the module, I choose I will get the components. how can I create that?
and if I cant, I can create it opposite? by the component, i will get my module? TY

There isn't an option to do so in default Jira. However, I believe you can achieve this user an app called ScriptRunner for Jira.
