how to filter the 4th level hierarchy issue based on 1st level issue type

Hi all,

I would like to know how to filter the issuetype(4th level in hierarchal structure- task and subtask) whose status is in-progress based on 1st level issue type.

1st level issue-Initiative

2nd level-Work package

3rd level-Epic

4th level-Task

5th level-sub task

Here im requesting you to provide me the JQL query for finding 4th and 5th level issue type by searching the 1st level of issue(Initiative).

Scope is to bulk change the 3rd level epic status based on 4th level task status.

And how are you creating the hierarchy - is this using Advanced Roadmaps, or Structure, or some other App?
