Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible to identify a customer via his email address when he connects to the Customer Portal?
For example, I would need to identify all people from company A as the email address is @A.com
If a customer from A connects, I would additionnally need that a box of a custom field Company A to be ticked.
I may found a track with a calculated free text to check domain or with the Automation plugin and JQL query but I don't get how to set that;
Would you have any ideas?
