how to use REST API to create issue with Javascript ?

I am trying to create issue from my website but im stuck in writing a Javascript which connect to the API , and i can not find any example in jira documents, its all in console or node language. can anyone put a javascript sample code for issue creation ? im actaully mostly stuck with the basic authentication and also to MAKE the fields in the form in my website and equal them with the jira fields
