When dispatching a ticket to the technical team, I need them to be notified in their mobile phones and after completing a task I need to collect their location from their mobiles
For notifying people, you will need to set up something that Jira can send data to that will then ping their 'phones. My 'phone has email, SMS, Slack, the Jira app, and several other things I could use, but you'll need to decide what route you want to use.
For the other side, you'll need to get them to install tracking software on the phones and work out a way for that to pass that information back to Jira (and bear in mind in most countries, you'll need to get written and informed consent for you to be tracking their location and usage)
