An user is telling me this scenario:
It happens that after the team closes an issue and the user answer to the email that they get, they don't see it because the ticket is closed.
The question is, is there anyway to prevent the user answer the email related to a closed issue?

you can set it up so that the comment reopens the issue which is likely what you want to have happen. This will ensure notifications occur.
