problem: i got some issues transitioned automatically to another status but don't find the cause

Hi all!!

 

An user told me that an issue has been transitioned from witing for suppor to waiting for customer with my user (I am the admin)

So I started to search if there was anyother issue with this kind of behaviour I found three but I don't know the cause.

I have search in automation rules (there is no global rule) and in project automation there is nothing related to changing the status to the one I mentioned

 

Where do you think I should  be looking for?

Thank you for reaching out.

Besides the project automation under project settings, you can check the following features to confirm what could be causing the transitions to automatically happen:

  1. If you are using a Service desk project, navigate to project > Project settings > Automation (Not Project Automation) and check if there are any SD automation that could cause this issue. 
  2. Navigate to Project settings > Workflows > Click to Edit the workflow related to the issues that reproduced the problem. Then, and check if there are any post functions that could be causing this behavior on the transition that goes from waiting for support to waiting for customer.
  3. Check if there are any third-party apps in your Jira site that could be causing the behavior:
    Managing apps
