problems with file attachments in issues

Hi, I'm having trouble attaching files to issues created in Jira Service Desk and Jira Core as well. When I try to attach a file, the page says "Failure to attach files".It's worth mentioning that I've already enabled the attachment permissions for my account.

have you had a look in the logs? $JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira.log. Any Warnings or errors?

Sorry for the delay in responding. I've already solved the problem. For some reason I don't know, in previous projects I couldn't attach files, but in the new ones I created I was able to
