"Add comment" to transition screen

Hello,

I have a simple request (lookls simple) yet I am unable to fulfull it.

I neet to add option add comment on transition screen, yet it seems I am unable to do so.

How it is done, if not configuiring transion screen?

I assume you have already tried the following?

Are you trying to achieve this on a service desk project or a different JIRA project type?

Have you reviewed the screen and field configuration schemes?

I'd never imagine that to make comment screen I'd need to make empty screen.

And it's so unintuitive.

Furthermore, what should I do if I want to have a few custom fields and the comment field in one screen?
