"Created" field is incorrectly displayed in Queues of JSM

When we check any queues (All Open, Assigned to Me), it shows the created date as 

 

361/12/2024 

 

355/12/2024

The day value is shown as the day of the year. The same field is correctly displayed in filters, reports, dashboards etc.. 

The above dates has to be shown as:

26/12/2024 or 26 Dec 2024 for 361/12/2024

The issue is not reproduced in my instance. 

Is the display incorrect only for you or for all jira users in your organization ? Did you try accessing the jira in different browser and in incognito mode ? If still issue exists, I suggest contacting Atlassian support directly from https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Thank you for responding. 

I have checked different browsers and also the incognito mode. Still no luck. 

This is happening with all the users across the organization. 

 

Will contact Atlassian Support as suggested.
