"Organizations" name is missing on all raised tickets.

We are missing organizations name on all raised tickets. 
All customers are added to a organization.

Hello @Ali Azzam is the customer who is submitting the ticket or is it the service desk agent?

If it's the first option then the customer must share the ticket with the organization in order to show on the image you sent. That's default setting if I recall correctly

If it's the second option, then the agents must add the organization information as well. Jira won't automatically add that information based on the reporter. At least not out of the box.

Hi Hernan, 

It`s a customer. I know, but isn't it possible to set "share with customer" as default, because most of the time the ticket is private and then customers company name is not visible on ticket.

@Ali Azzam sorry for the delay on the response. By default Jira shares the ticket. There is actually an open ticket to allow it to be the other way around
