"Recalculate SLA" is not an option. How do I fix this?

I am hoping to recalculate SLA's for 3 issues. I found the following information but I do not have a radio button in my SLA field. I searched around within the SLA configuration settings, but couldn't find the solution. Is there a way to enable this feature? Does anyone have a work around if not?

The instructions you found only applies to JSM Data Center, for Cloud you have to follow the instructions in this KB.
