trigger with low rating in customer satisfaction survey

I want to create a new automatic rule to trigger a notification if someone rate the process as a bad service (1-star, for example). I found plugins which creates better automation rules, but it doesn´t meet my requirements.

 

Any idea? Did someone have the same need?

Hi Agustin,

Currently, it's not possible to get information from the satisfaction survey results to send a notification to customers. Our CSAT is very limited, there is not much configuration we can make.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

I made it with Automation for Jira! Thanks anyway.
