unique form ServiceDesk

Hi, ¿it is possible to make a unique form to Jira Service Desk? 

 

For example, we have three Service Desk project on jira, when a user enter to the portal he can select from project, but we want they don't need to select to wich project to send issue, we want they only can select one project and after fill the form, we check the answer and create the issue on the correct project.

 

¿It is there any form to do that? Maybe some plugin.

Thank you for reaching out.

Per your description, I understand you would like to hide some projects of your customer portal, allowing the user to create issues only a single project, which you will check and them define which project the ticket should be moved to. is that correct?

Indeed, it is not possible to remove the permission to create issues from the customer in some projects, since those permissions are required to allow the service desk to work as expected and will be redefined every time your application is upgraded, as mentioned in this thread.

We have a feature request to allow that permission to work the way you want:

More flexible portal-specific customer signup
