while creating a ticket we are uploaded some image.whenever the issue created a email should go with the uploaded image.
could anyone help me please how to do it.

Reading the details you provided, I'm not sure I understood correctly the issue.
Can you please give us more details about how the ticket is being created? Is it through email, customer portal, or using the create button in Jira?
What notification should show the attachment? Can you share with us a screenshot of the notification that didn't include the images?
