what affects the jira app notifications?

Hi,

i have stopped receiving Jira app (the one you can download from the playstore) notifications for new issues. not sure why.

any thoughts?

On Jira mobile, currently, there is no option to receive notifications when a ticket is created.

There is a feature suggesting the implementation of such ability:

• Notify on the Jira mobile app when new issues gets created.

Please, click on vote and also watch to receive updates.

For now, as a workaround, you can create an automation rule to mention you when a new ticket is created. For more details, please, check the description of the feature request ticket.
