Does the team have Jira premium and do they use OpsGenie?

The team hosts an onPrem large DataCenter instance with full infrastructure, DevOps, and Network teams available to support that side of the house, a full tier 1 support team to manage all account related areas and general questions, an in-house developed thing of beauty to do auto provisioning of setups (and a dev team to support it), and our team which dives into more the migrations, customization, and integrations support. ❤️
