Adding fields on an Email Template (JETI)

Good afternoon, 

We are using Email This Issue to send outgoing notifications. We want to customize our own Email Templates. Therefore, I don't know where to find a list of the available "content" as: 

$!issue.assignee

$!issue.reporter

At the same time, we are using Insight Custom Field. When I am using this content for exemple: $!jetiFieldRenderer.renderCustomField($issue, 'customfield_10300')

It returns the correct name AND the code name, as "MR X (CMDB-871912)", but is it possible to not add the code name? 

Moreover, I want to take the information from the assignee. I can have his name as: 

$!issue.assignee

Is it possible to take his email.adress and its number from its details infos? (those information are also available in Insight)
