Hi Uwe Nachtigal, We are sorry that you are experiencing issues with Gaia for JIRA. I just looked at you log file and I will need you to enable Gaia logging in order to further help you (https://nuumsolutions.atlassian.net/wiki/display/PGPD/5.+Logging). Also, are you trying to import a .package file or are you using the add template dialog? Once again, sorry about that and we will try to work together in order to get everything to work properly. Do not hesitate to contact me directly at frederick.plante@nuumsolutions.com or at support@nuumsolutions.com for a faster response. Thanks, Frederick Plante

I think you need to tell us what versions of JIRA and the addon you are using, and probably most importantly, what the log file says the problem is when you try the import.

Hello Uwe,
This is follow up to publicly share the answer our support provided you privately. The JIRA community may also benefit from it.
==> To add your own template into Gaia, you cannot directly import the JIRA xml file as a template. You must first create a Gaia template into the Gaia Configuration page located in the administration menu. Then, you may import the JIRA xml file as part of the template. You may then configure other options, if necessary.
A detailed procedure is given on our public documentation site at : https://nuumsolutions.atlassian.net/wiki/display/PGPD/1.+Adding+a+template
Thank you!

Hi Uwe,
Can you enable the Gaia logging as describe here:
https://nuumsolutions.atlassian.net/wiki/display/PGPD/5.+Logging
And then reproduce the error.
When done, send us the log file at : support@nuumsolutions.com
We will have a look at it.
Thanks
