Application Level Rules - Automation For Jira

I need to have a single rule apply to all issues in my JIRA instance. Right now I have to create the same rule in each project separately. How can i create a rule at application level for all projects? The rule I am looking for is to simply close the unapproved tasks daily.

Just to provide an update on Nick's answer: We've now shipped support for global rules in both Cloud and Server!

Hi!

Unfortunately this can't be done at the moment. You are able to copy rules, but this still requires going into each project and doing that.

Global / cross-project rules are our #1 request and it is at the top of our backlog. We are tracking this issue at - https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-2

Hopefully we will update this soon.
