Author and approval workflow for Confluence OnDemand

Hi Everyone

I wonder if an 'approval workflow' is available for Confluence OnDemand?

In simple terms, what I want to achieve is:

1) An author writes e.g. a company procedure. After completion the document or page status should be something like: approval pending or waiting for approval.

2) A notification is automatically generated and made available for who ever is authorised to approve of a page or document. Once approved of, the document status should change to 'approved'.

Does anyone know of a plugin for Confluence OnDemand that will provide this functionality? Or any other way to work around this issue..?

Nothing for the cloud but add ins available for server.

page approvals and comala workflows add on in marketplace add ons. Not free
