I currently have an excel sheet that contains a lot of lines of data "A" is the primary key.
I need to be able to have an operator on the floor type in a code in the JIRA Service Desk Portal, submit the request, and then the remainder of the fields are populated based on the primary key. I have a Script Runner but am having a tough time determining how to get it set up to the excel sheet to pull the data back.
I am up for using other databases, but have no experience in connecting to the databases (or which one is most user friendly).
Please help on how to set this stuff up.
