Automatically Split Worklog into 2 Different Accounts

We are running JIRA with Tempo Server.  We would like to have some main issues that when a user logs time to them, 65% of that worklog is associated with Account A and 35% is associated with Account B.

It would even work to have a main issue with 2 sub tasks under it where the time would split to.

Is this possible?
