Best CRM for Jira?

Hi,

So I am currently an Infusionsoft user and Im looking to cut cost and use Jira more. What are your experiences in using CRM add-ons? Email deliverability, does the add-ons even offer that?

Can events be triggered by rules and stuff. Just want to get in contact with people that are using Jira for their CRM and if I should make the move over to Jira as that would cut a big monthly cost.

P.S. Also wanted to ask if it is possible to have CRM for multiple companies within the same Jira or maybe only one company works?
