BigPicture 8 : Error with Team-Specific Auto-Configuration for sub-boxes(PI& iterations)

Bigpicture v8.0.17 Data- Center

Jira v8.5.3 Data-Center

Not able to set Team-Specific Auto-Configuration (scope synchronization) for Program Increment and Iterations. It throws error with log file.

Shared Auto-Configuration  are working fine where all teams will work on same boards, but facing issue with Team specific one.

Steps to Reproduce-

1)Create program box

2)Set multiple teams

3)Set Scope Definition

4)Create WBS Program integrations and Iterations under program box

5)Go to box-configurations->Task->Scope Definition->Sub-Boxes of Team Specific

6)For Program Increment click on 'generate default configuration' and enable 'Next time box template' toggle button

7)For Iterations select specific board and create iterations for each board & enable 'Next time box template' toggle button

8)click on save button

when click on save button it will give error and provide option to download log file.

In log file I didn't find any error.

Can't share log file due to security issues.
