Bulk Change Assignee

I know how to bulk change assignee using the bulk change feature, I've been using it for a long time. And I can still access the bulk change feature, but for the past couple of weeks or thereabouts the Assignee text box has disappeared, making it impossible to bulk change this value. Since that's one of the fields I need to change often it's introduced quite some pain to my day.

I've tried different web browsers and found the same thing.

Anyone else experiencing this? Is it a known bug?

Following as I am having the same problem since this morning. Last week this was working fine for me.

I have exactly the same view. Tabbing through the values goes from the checkbox on Change Assignee to the checkbox of Change Reporter, so it's clearly not there.

I saw an additional person with the same issue but similar behaviour, specifically it comes and goes, but unfortunately is more often than not, gone i.e. Assignee is absent.

Would like a comment from Atlassian as this appears to be a feature...
