Calculated Text Field combining different types of fields

How do I go about combining the following custom field types and generic text?

Text Field (single line)

Checkboxes

Select List (single choice)

The goal here is to have a combine these fields and generate a script for the support team to copy and paste to run commands (create account on the directory, etc)
