Can I add attachments to a JMWE created email?

I currently have a custom email being sent via the JMWE plugin (via a workflow post function) but I want to have the jira issues attachments added to the email too (either as an attachment at the top or maybe even embedded into the body of the HTML email).

Due to security reasons, Jira cloud does not allow sending attachments in notification emails. You can however, include links to that actual attachments in the body of the email.
