As of title, we have some problems with creating tickets via Slack.
We integrated Slack successfully and everything works fine, except for this one issue.
Whenever we try to create a ticket via Slack, there is an error message (see also screenshot in Italian):
Could not create the issue due to the following errors:
- connecting issues is deactivated
I found an older ticket that solved the issue https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Error-with-jira-create-can-t-create-new-ticket-in-Jira-via-Slack/qaq-p/1777002 , but we can't seem to find the settings suggested there.
Any help please?
