Can we validate for transitioning an issue only when Branch is Created in bitbucket ?

I have a workflow in Jira and I want to do the transition of the issue from one state to another only if a branch is created in bitbucket. I have linked bitbucket with JIRA. How can I validate that the branch is created in bitbucket and only if brach is created in bitbucket for that ticket , it should go from one state to anoter. Kindly guide me and help me resolve this issue
