Cannot install add-ons

My colleague has Confluence System admin permission, but this is the error message she is receiving while trying to install an add-on:

Hello @Amy, 

looking at the Add-on page on the Marketplace, it looks like it is only available for Server (self hosted) instances and not Cloud at the moment.

You can maybe try reaching out to the editor and ask if he's planning on releasing a Cloud version.

by reaching out to the editor, do you mean the people who manage the marketplace itself, or the vendor of the app. Sorry for the lot of questions, I'm very new here.

You should ask the Add-on vendor, so Docusign in this case :)
