Checklist on issue create screen

I'm using Checklist for JIRA plugin and have set up a checklist called "Acceptance Criteria". I'd like to display this field when creating a new issue. However, when I edit the screen, I can't see this field in the drop-down list of available fields. I can only see the "Checklist Progress" custom field.

I also would like this option!!!

Without it, I am looking for a different plugin.
