ConstractPro Not working

Hii Assist,

We have purchased contractPro and it's working fine. But when we Migrate to other instance with new version of jira also working fine ContractPro. 

After, Few week some how not working contractPro. When we try to open ContractPro it show us blank page.

can you please assist for them?
