Create Confluence page from JIRA transition

I have integrated JIRA and Confluence.

Now, I want to create a Confluence from JIRA transition. When I hit a transition it should redirect to confluence page and page should be display in edit mode.

When I publish the page, it again redirect to JIRA with the created page link.

I have tried CLI plugin of Bob swift, but I want this from customization or script runner plugin.
