Create feature branch (release branch) when new version is released in JIRA

Is it possible to get this working? I cannot find an action which allows me to create a branch (+ use version of released version as an argument for branch creation).

Example:

  1. Vesion 1.0.0 is released in JIRA
  2. create feature branch of type "Release" in bitbucket with name "release/1.0.0"
