Create linked issues post-function is not setting assignee like in parent ticket

Hi all,

I've set an post-function (create linked Issue) as following. As you can see the linked issue should be assigned to origins issues's assignee - what is not working. The issues are UNASSINGED even though unassigned issues are disabled (I would have expected an error here). The assignee has got permissions for both issue types (create, tranistion, create att., browse & link issues).

Someone has an idea?
