Creating objects automatically

Hey,

I wanted to ask if there is a way in the automation to create a object into my object shema.

Like when some of my people wants create a web or project so they can ask via servicedesk and when i create it with with proper attributes, if i can automatically saves it into my shema, so i will get my job easier and dont have to type it there manualy
