Dataplane Report Story point by Assignee and Date

Hello everyone! New Scrum master here trying to build some reporting metrics to track team progress. I am trying to use the Dataplane reporting plugin. 

Q1: I thought I could use the Issue Values Snapshots by Date but doesnt seem to be working. I would ideally like to measure each assignees story points completed each month based on a status of closed. I think I am pretty close but can't seem to get that exact thing I am looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
