DoIt Better Calendar does not work

Hi all,

We just migrated from Jira Cloud to Jira Server and we migrated add-ons too.

One of the add-ons is DoIt Better Calendar that works correctly in the Cloud version of Jira, instead, in the Server version it does not permit to create new calendars, in particular when I press the "Create" button it starts to load the calendar but it continues to the infinity (please see the attached image).

How can I fix that?
