I saw a tooltip or descriptive text somewhere that seemed to suggest that Email This Issue takes precedence over the built in notifications in a project. So does that mean that if I have notifications linked to JQL queries, for example, when an issue is created, if the criteria falls outside of the JQL, do the built-in Jira notifications still work as expected?
So if the JQL for a notification template and context was set to: {{project=x and custom_field_a = customer}} if someone creates a ticket with {{custom_field_a is empty}}, do the normal Notification Scheme notifications still take effect?
