On the Scheduler Administration page the job
com.thepluginpeople.jira.emq:PurgeAuditHistory
is failing with Message
Job runner key 'com.thepluginpeople.jira.emq:PurgeAuditHistory' is not registered
I am using the EMQ Add-on to aggregate emails.
JIRA version: 7.6.2 (Build Number 76004)
EMQ version: v1.6.0
Hi Cody,
Reece from The Plugin People here, (EMQ developers).
The audit history purge job should be getting registered when the plugin is enabled/when the Jira instance starts.
Can you please create an issue via our support portal directly: The Plugin People Support Portal
Please create an issue and list your current installed Jira/EMQ version, could you please also attach a screenshot of the area of the job scheduler page you refer to?
Kind Regards,
Reece
Hi Reece,
I've added the JIRA and EMQ versions and a picture to the above post.
I don't want to sign up for another service and I'm not sure if I have access to the EMQ license information or if I need to bug a coworker.

Hi Cody,
The next thing we are going to need from a diagnostic perspective will be logs from your instance, we cannot exchange that here which is why I directed you to our customer support portal.
If you have an existing Atlassian account you can sign into our Jira and create an issue almost instantly, alternatively you can send an email to us directly: support@thepluginpeople.com
Please either create an issue or send us an email to the above address, we can then exchange logs and discuss further areas to check.
Kind Regards,
Reece
